Pioneering Employee Assistance Program services since 2000, Ade is now the General Manager, supervising Training Programs and Employee Assistance Program. Ade is a licensed MBTI practitioner since 1994. She develops, updates and become a trainer for training programs using the Personality Type of Myers-Briggs as a basic stand. Ade also use the MBTI as an approach in psychological consultation
